He is an accomplished Electronics Engineer from Karnataka University and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1994). He co-founded Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd. in 1998, which has grown to become one of the largest sugar manufacturers globally. Currently, he serves as the Founder and Vice Chairman of Ravindra Energy Limited, a well-known provider of solar energy solutions.

He has held several notable positions, including Independent Director at ICICI Bank Ltd. (2006-2010) and Board Member of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) (2010-2014). He also served as the President of the Indian Sugar Mills Association during 2010-2011.

His contributions to the agri-business sector have been widely recognized, earning him several accolades, including 'The Entrepreneur of the Year' award at the Economic Times Awards in 2010. Through the Shree Renuka Development Foundation, which he founded, he has established three CBSE-affiliated schools and two ITI colleges in rural Karnataka, India, demonstrating his commitment to education and community development.

Devdatta Deshmukh

Manager - Strategy

He is a strategic management professional with a solid background in finance, marketing, and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Manager - Strategy at Energy in Motion Private Limited, he brings extensive experience from leading organizations such as Kalyani Powertrain Ltd (Bharat Forge), John Deere Technological Centre India, and Tata Consultancy Services.

He specializes in strategic planning, program management, business analytics, and e- mobility, having led high-impact projects in the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from COEP Technological University, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Datta Meghe College of Engineering. His technical proficiency includes tools such as Power BI, MS Excel, SQL, SAP MM, and Tableau.

He has a proven track record of driving innovation and commercial growth, aligning with top management to implement strategic roadmaps, manage joint ventures, optimize production strategies, and conduct data-driven market research. His efforts have resulted in significant achievements, including boosting sales targets and operational efficiency.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is recognized for his extracurricular achievements, including awards in national-level automotive competitions and presentations at international conferences.

Munjal Savla

General Manager - Technology

He is a seasoned engineer and entrepreneur with a rich background in the energy sector, complemented by an impressive track record in professional racing. He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and went on to earn a Master of Science in Management of Technology from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

With over 8 years of experience in renewable energy, he co-founded Orgro Energy LLP, specializing in Lender’s Independent Engineer services for non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) involved in solar PV project financing. His technical expertise spans system design, process optimization, and comprehensive project management. His notable achievements include overseeing the installation of over 10,000 solar-powered water pumping systems and leading a team to design and execute over 20 MW of ground-mounted solar installations for Ravindra Energy Ltd. In recent years, his focus has expanded to pioneering research and design in grid-scale energy storage solutions, reflecting his commitment to advancing sustainable energy technologies.

Outside his professional realm, he is a dedicated racing driver with numerous international victories. He currently holds the title of Master Champion in the prestigious Polo Cup 2024 series within the Indian National Racing Championship. Additionally, he is a certified instructor in performance and race driving, collaborating with renowned automotive brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Jeep, and the Volkswagen Group.
